Every Apple TV comes with a one-year limited warranty and up to 90 days of complimentary technical support. You also have the option of adding applecare+ which provides exceedingly more benefits than the limited warranty for 3 full year's.

If you have Total Tech membership the warrany is good for 2 years

The standard warranty is one year. You can subscribe to AppleCare+ to extend it to 2yr. Or if you have a Best Buy TotalTech membership, the AppleCare+ comes free.
