Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Not sure what the exact question is, but I had an issue until I learned that the space above the "Menu" button is like a touch pad. Finger movements up, down, left, or right, combined with pressing in the middle make navigation and selections on the screen. The other buttons are pretty much self explanatory - menu for menu items, mic for voice commands, pause/play for those functions (there's not a rewind, a voice command such as rewind 5 minutes works), and plus or minus for volume if you have set the remote up to control your TV or audio source. I have not used the button with the screen on it. I have no clue what it does. Takes a bit of getting used to, but it works. Not my favorite remote by far.
