“I bought this USB C for iPad Pro to use headphones. It plugs in all seems fine but it doesn’t work? I can’t get sound through head set!?”

• Works for us using the older version wired Apple earphones with this adaptor and works using kids volume control headphones. Maybe make sure you’re using “model 11" iPad Pro and 12.9" iPad Pro (3rd generation)”. And of course, just making sure the volume on the headphones are turned up? Lol basic I know. Hope you get some help figuring out the problem if you haven’t already.

• I would return it for a new one; I have encountered this issue several times. Make sure they try it for you in the store it must just be a lemon.

• Make sure your headphone is working and your volume is turned up? I use a 12.9'' iPad Pro and it works fine for me.
