Yes, if your AirPod Pro case supports wireless charging. As far as I know, ALL Pro cases do. I have the Pro 2 (USB-C) and the charger aligns perfectly with them. You can also charge the AirPod Pro 2 case with the full-size MagSafe charger, although the connection isn't quite as strong as there are only a few magnets in the corners of the case, whereas there is a full ring inside the case designed specifically for this charger.
