• Yes there are many Watch faves to choose from, some look like actual watches, and you can customize each one to an extent.

• Yes, you can. There are few pre-built watch faces that you can use. Also, you can create your own watch face with limited customizations. I hope with the new WatchOS 5 that's gonna get released to the public soon, third party watch faces (many options) will also be allowed.
