Will this watch work with an I phone 5SE? null

You will have to check your iOS software and if your phone can handle the latest software. I’m pretty sure they require you to have the latest iOS software to use the watch. At least mine made me update from iOS 11.3 software to the most recent 12.1 software on my iPhone 7. Hope that answers your question.

Apple Watch Series 3 (GPS) requires an iPhone 5s or newer with the latest version of iOS. Apple Watch Series 3 (GPS + Cellular) requires an iPhone 6 or newer with the latest version of iOS 11.x. It cannot be used at all with an iPhone 5s.
