“Why does this picture the BAND but states LOOP in the description?I tried speaking w/costumer service and they led me to believe that if I placed my order based on the description I would get the right order.I just checkd order status and it doen't match?”

The “ loop”:is where after you snap goes back though that hole / slant under band. Hope thts what you were speaking about.
