It was released on October 4th! I’m not sure why Walmart would be selling for more money, I recommend buying from Best Buy they are very knowledgeable! Very happy with my purchase!!

I preordered mine, and am scheduled to received October 4th. I’d assume that’s when they start carrying in-store as well. The base cost is $429 and if you decide to add apple care it’s an additional $70. I’m guessing Walmart is selling there’s with apple care included.
