“How do I charge the watch….it seems to fit into my charging no Lock but the green or red light doesn’t come on”

I thought my watch was the problem but it was really the connection to the charger box. I always push it in all the way before charging it on a flat surface. If that isn’t working, there can be defective watches. Might want to get it looked at
