This will depend on how you use your watch. If you're logging big workouts or something like that, you'll use more battery. Navigation? Uses more battery. Walkie-Talkie? Uses more battery. I can usually get close to 2 days, but it really depends. I usually charge while reading/watching TV in bed, then sleep with it on, charge while in the shower and that more than gets me the day with plenty to spare if I forget to charge before bed.

With the factory settings it would not last more than half a day. Having the mentioned settings and disabling a couple notifications would at least last a full 24-36 hours maximum.
