• Same happened to us this week. Ordered air pods Box arrived, taped close. Box empty. How does Best Buy handle this?

• It happened to me too. I ordered the Ultra Watch 2, and the package was empty. The tapes were reapplied to the package. My spouse signed for delivery, and they’re unaware of this. I have front door ring video, and it clearly shows that the new tapes are on the package.
