“I noticed to get the deal for 8.50 a month it says either "AT&T" or "Verizon" and the 8.5 dollar deal doesn't work with "unlocked". Does this mean that if I buy it, I cannot use it with a Tmobile cellular plan? What does Verizon/AT&T change?”
