You should get an android watch the Samsung galaxy watches are really nice and have a lot of health features, also compatible with your other devices.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Since you do not have an apple phone I would recommend a fitbit for health/fitness. I had a fitbit versa 2 and loved it. The only reason I stopped using it was because I wanted to be able to respond to texts and could not with the fitbit. I think you can respond to them if you have an android phone though. It tracks your steps, heart rate and sleep. You can also log your food and water intake in the app.
