“What does Unlocked mean? What does it mean when it says GPS? If it says "GPS" will it still sink to the iPhone still if we have verizon? I don't need it to make phone calls it's more for fitness maybe texting.”

Unlocked means you could connect it with any compatible cell phone device regardless of your carrier. Yes GPS will still connect to Verizon. GPS+Cellular is the one that will allow you to make calls but you will need to purchase a data plan with your carrier.

Both versions come with GPS… just one has the cellular option. If you need to make/receive calls and text away from your phone… then get the cellular version.
