• The bands that come with the watch in the box are just the rubber single colored bands. But apple sells a lot of different styles (leather, metal, nylon) bands too; but these are very pricey $150 for the leather styles. Many 3rd party bands are available for a much cheaper price too though.

• yes, you can totally change the band. Where you purchase it can also give you a few band options too, either Best Buy in-store or on-line
