Well, I went personally to Best Buy and purchased an Apple watch. I got brand new watch for 329$ whereas in Apple store it was at 429$. Ot comes with normal or standard Apple manufacturing warranty and cover only. defects and not damages. Sometimes they get an offer oe good deal on some of products. Open box Excellent is something like someone gave it back or returned and condition is an excellent. This don't have much difference though so better to.gi with New one.
