The Apple iPhone watches do not normally come with an extra band unless it was a promotional deal. I believe there was a promotional deal during Black Friday regarding and extra band. Regarding the charger, that is something that you should take back and then receive your charger. To my knowledge, all iPhone watchers come with a charger.
