In the “My watch” app on your phone, go to General, wake screen, and choose for your screen to display for 70 seconds instead of 15.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. From what I understand the Apple Watch has the option to stay “awake” for up to 70 seconds only if you don’t have your wrist detection turned on. If you have that off you'll need to tap the screen, it’ll then stay on for 70 seconds then turn off by itself. Of course depending on how many times this needs to happen in a work day, you may notice a change with your battery life.
