Can i still do the one time payment with just gps null

The GPS version of the watch does not require a monthly payment to any carrier, it's just a hardware feature. You do have to have an iPhone to use it though.

I bought mine with a one time payment and I got the 38mm with gps only bc I didn't want to pay for an additional cell line.
