• The Apple Watch will work as long as your service provider is connected to your iPhone. You must have an iphone

• My watch is GPS only and I can pair it with my cell phone which is with C SPIRE but I can also pair it with another phone that’s with different service providers (Carrier) that’ are AT & T and Verizon. So no if your getting just GPS only I know for sure you can have any carrier.
