Deponds on your needs the only difference between the fog band and the nike edition is that the nike one has nike watch faces and has the nike application bulit in to the watch I had the same delima I ended up with the fog band series 3 42 ml and I personally love it.

I was told the only difference between the two was an app that was built in on the Nike version. You can get the Nike app on any Apple Watch though.

I don’t use Nike. 
Quite happy with larger face. I use map my walk to track my walking. And only use GPS model. I like it much better than the series 2 model.
