• You can sync it with your phone and use it only to see or reply to text messages, calls, and other iPhone notifications. You don’t have to pay extra if you don’t need it as a cellular, which means you’re going to have your phone with you or near to have the Apple Watch working synchronized to your iPhone. If you are away from your iphone or your iPhone is off, your Apple Watch won’t recieve notifications. Saying this, it’s up to you and your needs. I don’t use it as a cellular, so I can tell for my experience that if you have your phone with you all the time, there’s no need for the cellular option. Gps is already included and it’s synchronized with your iPhone. Gps appear in your Apple Watch automatically when you turn on the Gps on your iPhone. Thank you for reading and I Hope this helps.
