Yes you can. You would need to save the music on your watch though, but watch would be connected to headphones via bluetooth

You would need to purchase the watch that includes “cellular” and you are charged around 10.00 monthly for the data plan. Bluetooth headphones will work to listen to music but you would have to be near your phone if you purchase the watch only with gps.
