• The Apple Watch must be paired with an iPhone to set it up. It will not pair with any other device.

• No you cannot. It can only be set up with an iPhone. We bought the series 3 for my daughter who has an iPad, and were unable to set it up w/ an iPad.

• Yes, this is compatible with other iOS devices that have Bluetooth.
