• If by charger you mean the cable, then yes it does. If you mean the wall plug, then NO it does not come with a wall plug. My guess this is why the ones at Best Buy are cheaper than at the Apple Store. It is not like there are not a million usb wall adapters around though so it would not stop me from buying but I do think it is rather cheap on Apples part to not include everything needed. It literally cast Apple pennies for these wall chargers. Apple is is just being cheap.

• Short answer: NO It comes with the cable to attach to the watch that plugs into the wall adapter that comes with any iPhone. I don’t know why Apple doesn’t provided the power adapter, but fortunately I have a couple extras from previous iPhones I can use. Maybe they assume we all have existing iPhones and can use the power adapters from existing or previous iPhones? I’d still rather get one with the watch. For over almost $400 after tax, it wouldn’t cost too much for Apple to include one? I did watch an unboxing video on YouTube for the LTE version, I THINK (don’t quote me on this), they/it come with the power/charging cable & power adapter?
