Does this watch monitor your sleep and heart rate null

Heart rate yes. Sleep can be monitored also, just add sleep app that you want to use.

I know it does your heart rate but I'm not too sure about the sleep pattern. I haven't really cared too much to try because I started taking it off to sleep because it was uncomfortable to sleep with .

Yes and no. It doesn’t have a built in app to track it, but there are some apps in the App Store that allow this. Those apps will track when your heart rate drops to detect when you sleep and movement from the watch when your restless.
