• Yes, you can use this Watch with a Bluetooth headset. I’ve used several including ones from Beats, Bose, and the Apple Airpods. All work great.

• As long as you have the phone in range, it will auto Bluetooth to the phone to save watch battery, so you don't have to worry about that. Conversely, you can easily turn the phone Bluetooth off, or switch to airplane mode, to key up the watch
