• If you want to use the cellular connectivity on the watch (LTE), you'll have to pay $10/mo. Otherwise if you don't want to pay for cellular, you can use it as a normal Apple Watch

• No monthly fee unless you buy wireless watch which lets you connect to your phone plan. Once you actually call and connect to your phone plan then you’ll have a charge. Other than that you can buy whichever watch out right
