I purchased my apple watch series 3 (GPS + cellular) last week. The battery is dead in 8-10 hours without even really using it, just from having it on my wrist. Is this normal? How long is its battery life suppose to be each day? Should I bring it in? null

Mine easily lasts 2 days when most of my time is on a WiFi network or with my phone close. Using the watch standalone and GPS with heart rate I get about 8-10 hours.

I have the first generation. Didn’t need a cellular plan like the newer generations. Does everything the new ones do, better. I use mine everyday and only need to charge it every day and a half. I’m constantly on my watch
