The watch will definitely pair with the 6s, and as for the phone service it should work perfectly fine. When the watch and phone pair it asks automatically about whether or not you want to add it to your service plan. That being said, I believe it will work with any phone service plan.

Yes it works with the 6s plus. Put on ur Bluetooth the Apple Watch app should b on ur phone. If not download it from the apple store. If u want to receive or make calls u must take it to ur carrier so they can set it up. U will b paying about ten dollars a month for cellular service. Hoping this was helpful.
