A:AnswerIt is my experience that Apple Music and itunes will play though wireless earbuds that are paired to the watch, but apps like Spotify and iHeart will only send sound to your phone. You can then pair your phone to earbuds, but that's all. I haven't tried phone calls with paired earbuds, but phone calls and siri come though the watch speaker. Music and iTunes won't.

Yes you can - if you have the GPS version you're able to make calls as long as you're near your iPhone. If you have GPS & Cellular, you're able to make calls away from your phone.
