• Yes, Watch comes with cellular features but isn’t active until you do that with your provider.

• Yes. When you first get the watch, it will be setup with cellular for 30 days for free. You'll then have to call and cancel the service or you will be charged an additional $10 a month to your bill. If you later decide to add the service, you just call AT&T and they'll add the service back.
