• If you have an APPLE Phone & MARRY Iwatch 4 to one another, you can.. Obviously you MUST have Downloaded your NIKE APP to your IPhone & then Mirror Image that APP to your Iwatch 4 with GPS - your Watch will gather your Nike Exercises & when you have returned to you phone- they will update one another. Check “You Tube”. Also Apple Stores offered FREE classes, By appointment, couple years ago, for this purpose. Not sure if still available?

• Yes you can also use the Nike training app. You must also have these apps on your phone to use them though.

• Yes you can. I’ve used the Nike+ app on my non Nike+ Apple Watch Series 1 and 4 You just won’t have the exclusive Nike+ watch faces
