Yes there is a difference between GPS watch vs Cellular watch. Cellular gives you feasibility to receive calls on the watch. Ive had both and never scratched the glass on the stainless in all the time I had one. Switched to aluminum and it was scratched in 2 days. GPS and Cellular have nothing to do with the quality. It’s stainless or aluminum.
