Hi, they didn’t have mine in stock either because there’s such a demand for these. I had to order mine also. I don’t remember it taking a week, but it may have. You have to give it time, especially now, because we are so close to Christmas. When you get it, you’ll love it. I had a little trouble getting mine set up. I took it back to Best Buy and they helped me. There have been some updates. Heads up.
