It has a free App called "Pillow" that I downloaded and I Love it. It tracks how long in bed, how long you slept while in bed, awake times, light sleep and heavy sleep and gives you a sleep quality percent. The only down side, is if you lay down to watch TV earlier in the evening- it counts as bed time. So to resolve this, I just put mine on the charger during that time.
