You need to have the cellular with gps model to activate your cellular service. The gps only watch does not have cellular features only WiFi. But yes you can purchase it through Best Buy and take it to T mobile to activate your service.

You should get it with gps+ cellular if you are going to connect it or hire a carrier such as T-Mobile. P.S. Get a screen protector for it BEFORE you put it on.
