With Att it will, with Berizon it may not.

The phone shows up as it own phone number within my account admin page of my mobile service provider. I can currently call that number but it states that voice mail is not setup yet. Since it is paired with my actual phone number I have not pursued into getting that watch number setup as its own.

It shows up on my plan as a different number, that is synced with my iPhone. So I believe so but I can only speak for AT&T users, it may be different with different carriers.
