QuestionDoes it have fall alert?

- Answer Yes, the 4 is the first series that has the fall alert. If you connect it with your cell phone provider, it will work anywhere. If not, it will need to be connected to a WiFi for the fall alert

QuestionI am considering buying apple watch series 4 with GPS/cellular for my daughter for xmas. If it turns out she doesn't wan't the cellular and we don't activate that option will the watch operate just as if we had purchased only the GPS version?

- Answer From what I understand yes. But it’s extremely useful to have cellular so when you’re walking, running, exercising you don’t need to carry your phone.

- Answer You can use it as just gps. You don’t have to connect with your carrier for it to work as gps.
