Yes you can, as long as they are the similar sizes (i.e. 38mm bands will fit the Series 4 40mm, and the 42mm bands will fit the Series 4 44mm). The sizes not the Series 4 changed slightly due to a thinner model, but the screen width/height is the same, however it is now using 30% more of the bezel. The 2-piece Straps such as leather or silicone bands will fit but the one-piece mesh bands that have metal casings attached won’t fit.

But all other strap-style bands will fit as long as it is the Series 3 38mm to Series 4 40mm (the larger Series 3 42mm should fit the Series 4 44mm).
