Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, the SE has the latest iOS so it is technically compatible with the Series 5 watch. However, having owned two Series 5 GPS watches in a row that behaved erratically with the SE, my experience is that the compatibility level isn't quite what it should be. As an example, you can be in the same room with the watch and the phone and the watch will behave as if it has gone out of range of the Bluetooth and WiFi (meaning you can't complete calls or Siri functions successfully). Having had two Apple 5 Series GPS watches in a row that behaved identically — meaning no amount of resets, re-pairing or the like improved the reliability of sending/receiving calls or making use of Siri — my conclusion is that there are some integration issues unique to the SE that make the Apple watch less reliable than it is for other iPhone owners.
