Yes, but you would only need a GPS version, not a GPS + Cellular model if you are not using a separate SIM card and simply connecting it to the phone via Bluetooth.

Keep in mind that this is the cellular version of the watch, so if you want to use its cellular capability, you would need to add it to your plan. If all you want is to be able to pair the watch to your phone, then get the WiFi-only version and save yourself some money.
