A:AnswerOpen box is usually a returned item. Typically, unless otherwise noted, they are in perfect shape. We've bought a few items that were open box and zero issues, including a TV we have had for about 5 years.
A:AnswerI know the watch can be link to the iPhone XR, however if I’m not mistaken, you need to have a cellular plan for the watch if you want to use it without your phone near it. Please don’t quote me in that tho because I’m not 100% sure. When I was looking for my watch, I inquired about the cellular feature and that’s what I was told.
