• yes it will work with the 6plus. If you only use gps and bluetooth there will be no extra charge, if you use cellular the charge depends on your carrier.

• So if you buy the Cellular Apple watch yes you can add it to your verizon plan and yes it will cost extra by 5-10 dollars depending on your contract, HOWEVER you can buy cellular version and you dont need to connect it to your plan And can use it for bluetooth and decide if you wanna connect it later, or just by the bluetooth apple watch as well as it is cheaper and does the exact same without the option to add cellular service.
