• I was able to trade in my old watch (series 3 GPS) for about $60 since it was in good condition. The $60 goes into a gift card and then I used it right away towards my new watch!

• You can trade older versions of the watch through Apple, but I don’t think it’s worth it. I normally give the older version to friends/family so they can try the watch. It’s worked out well twice so far.
