i know it can take your heart rate, i haven't tried to look and see if it does blood pressure. i wouldn't be surprised if it does!
NO. Smart watches, including Apple watches CANNOT take or detect blood pressure. They can detect pulse rate and the newest versions of Apple Watch can detect certain heart rhythms (such as atrial fibrillation).
