• Your previous Apple Watch Bands may fit your new Apple Watch. Bands for 38mm and 40mm cases work with each other, and bands for 42mm and 44mm cases work with each other.

• I believe so. The band sizes go 38mm and 40mm for the small watch and 42mm and 44mm for the large one.
