The iWatch Series 6 does have fall detection and you can configure it to notify emergency services (all configurable in the iPhone). I have not used it yet but did see the configuration options on the iWatch and iPhone.

Yes, it will even recognize that you fell and have a notification like thing pop up on the screen saying that it knows you fell and asking if you’re alright or if you want to call 911
