• Yes, both models keep track of your steps. All models, GPS and GPS/Cellular support the step counting feature. The only difference between the two is that the cellular model can maintain a cellular connection, allowing you to place and receive calls, send texts, and much more, without your iPhone nearby. Meaning you can go for a walk, and essentially have your phone calls, texts, and music streaming, all without carrying your iPhone with you.
