This Apple Watch comes with a Sport Band. 40mm Sports Bands can accommodate 130-200mm wrists. 44mm Sport Bands can accommodate 140-210mm wrists. Other bands and sizes sold separately.

The band that comes with the watch is adjustable and you can buy other band styles that are adjustable too.
